Straight answers, clean boundaries.
Use the official program source and a licensed provider for property-specific decisions.
Independent referral service. Not SNWA, a utility, government program, or contractor. Information may be shared with one Nevada-licensed provider only with permission.
Are you SNWA or a water utility?
No. Vegas Water Savings Connect is an independent education, intake, and referral service.
Are you a contractor?
No. Independently owned Nevada-licensed providers handle diagnosis, design, estimates, contracts, permits, warranties, and work.
Can you tell me whether I qualify for a rebate?
No. Calculators and guides are educational. Official program staff and terms determine eligibility, and many projects require pre-conversion inspection and approval.
Can I remove turf before applying?
Do not remove turf before required program authorization. Starting early can make the conversion ineligible.
Does the 2027 turf rule apply to home yards?
The Southern Nevada nonfunctional-turf restriction applies to covered commercial, multifamily, government, and HOA contexts. It does not target single-family residential yards.
Will you send my information to many contractors?
No. The launch model allows sharing with one matched provider only after permission and provider verification.
Do I pay you for construction?
No. Do not send construction deposits, utility credentials, payment information, IDs, or banking details through this site.
What about an active leak?
This is not an emergency service. For active flooding or immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service, utility, or licensed emergency provider now.
When will the phone line be available?
The dedicated phone line is being finalized. Website intake and callback requests are available now.
