This notice describes the current website intake practice. It does not authorize broad marketing or unrestricted data sharing.
Independent referral service. Not SNWA, a utility, government program, or contractor. Information may be shared with one Nevada-licensed provider only with permission.
Information collected
Name, email, optional phone, ZIP or service area, property type, project goal, notes, contact preference, consent state, source page, timestamp, and basic security evidence needed to operate the form.
Information not requested
Do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, utility logins, account numbers, payment cards, bank data, government IDs, health information, passwords, or construction deposits.
Use and sharing
Information is used to respond, classify the request, maintain operational records, and, only with permission, share the request with one matched independently owned Nevada-licensed provider. It is not sold to data brokers or broadcast to unrelated providers.
Security and retention
Reasonable access controls, encryption in transit, protected credentials, and limited logging are used. No system can guarantee absolute security. Records are retained only as reasonably needed for response, consent evidence, legal obligations, disputes, security, and suppression of unwanted contact.
